Chris Miller, New York’s “steak whisperer” and long-time executive chef at Bobby Van’s, has opened Four Cuts Steakhouse in Manhattan. He brings more than 20 years of culinary experience to the table. Miller was Bobby Van’s Executive Chef for 13 years, capping a career that included stints at Mortimer’s, Bryant Park Grill, and Ben Benson’s Steakhouse.
