Bieber was taken into custody Jan 23, after police pulled over his rented $180,000 Lamborghini sports car on suspicion of drag racing.
He was ultimately charged with driving while intoxicated, driving on a suspended license and non-violent resisting arrest.
Police are required by law to treat any records related to Justin’s arrest, including photos and videos, as public information. Earlier they released a video of a sobriety test that Bieber ultimately failed.
Bieber, who just had a birthday and is now 20, has been trying to fight the release of videos shot of him in his jail cell going to the bathroom with his genitals exposed.
His lawyers won a court order requiring parts of the video that show his penis blurred from view.
Photos of his tattoos are the latest images to be released. Police routinely document tattoos on criminal suspects as a means of identification. Justin just has a ton of them.
