Dina Lohan, the hard partying mom best known for producing a dysfunctional child movie star, may spend the summer picking up roadside garbage, or should, following her conviction today (Apr. 15) on drunk driving charges.

Dina, of course, is the mother of Lindsay Lohan, who has had more than her fair share of run-ins with the law over drug and alcohol abuse.

Dina appeared in Nassau County District Court on Long Island just outside New York City this morning (Apr. 15) and pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of alcohol.

She was pulled over last September for going 77 mph in a 55 mph zone, according to reports. She blew a blood-alcohol level of 0.2 percent, twice the legal average, according Long Island’s Newsday newspaper.

Despite a long history of alchol abuse, Dina is expected to get off with a relatively light sentence. She’s expected to be sentenced to 100 hours of community service and a $3,000 fine, without any probation.

It’s unknown at the moment how she’ll work off her community service.

Rapper Chris Brown was required to pick up roadside trash as part of his community service for assaulting Rihanna on the eve of the 2009 Grammys.

Lohan has four children.
