Khloe seems to have gone through a metamorphosis since her tumultuous split with estranged husband Lamar Odom.
The stress and heartbreak seems to have melted away, and Khloe is obviously proud of her shapely new body. She’s posting more and more sexy photos on her Instagram account.
Khloe really seemed to perk up after she appeared on the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine last month, looking better than she’s looked in years.
She has trainer, Gunnar Peterson, to thank for convincing her go on a practice portion-control diet to limit what she eats. She topped that off with rigorous workouts.
“Khloe works hard,” Peterson told E! News.
“She has been killing it in the gym. There are no shortcuts,” he adds.
Khloe has been working out three or four days a week, with a mix of strength-training exercises, boxing circuits, medicine-ball workouts and cardio exercises. Peterson told Shape magazine.
Kardashan, who is a statuesque five-feet, 10-inches tall, also walks and does Pilates outside the gym.
Sister Kim Kardashian has been criticized for hawking quick-fix weight-loss diet pills, and yo-yo crash dieting.
Khloe, on the other hand, insists that her weight-loss was gradual and part of a healthier lifestyle–not a quick fix.
“I’ve lost around 30 pounds, and I’m feeling good,” she told Cosmopolitan magazine in a recent interview.
“I’ve worked very hard on my body so I think now I can sex it up a little!” Khloe added.
She’s got that right.
