Justin Bieber decked out in orange is the new black prison garb after his arrest in January.

Justin Bieber has reportedly cut a deal in Florida that will keep him out of jail on charges of drunk driving and resisting arrest. He will be required to take anger management courses, but will avoid community service.

The plea deal is expected to be revealed today (Aug. 13) in a court hearing in Miami, according to The Miami Herald, which reported the deal’s details.

Specifically, Bieber will plead guilty to careless driving, a misdemeanor, and resisting arrest without violence. He will escape any alcohol-related charges.

He will also be required to make a $50,000 contribution to a charity and pay other court fines and costs, according to the paper, citing two separate sources.

He can also skip the court hearing.

Bieber was popped in Jan. 23 while cruising in a rented $250,000 Lamborghini sports car. His pal, R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff was tailing him in a rented Ferrari.

At the time, he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, although it was later revealed that a blood-alcohol test was below the 0.02 limit for underage drivers. He failed a field sobriety test and another sobriety test at the police station.

He was later found to have marijuana and the drug Xanax in his bloodstream. There was no word on whether he had a prescription for the anti-anxiety drug, which is widely abused.

It’s safe to say the troubled teen singer got off easy on the charges because he escaped conviction an alcohol-related driving offense, which would have meant more severe penalties, even though he was driving on an expired license.
