Since she shot to fame– and fortune — Swift, 24, has assembled quite a portfolio of real estate.
Many consider her a savvy investor.
In January, IM reported that she was spotted scouting out apartments in New York City where she now spends an increasing amount of time.
She already has residences in Nashville and Los Angeles and recently bought a seaside summer home in Maine.
She caused an uproar in August 2012 when she bought a seven-bedroom mansion across from the famous Kennedy compound in Hyannis Port, Mass. At the time, she was dating Kennedy scion Conor Kennedy, son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
Shortly afterward, she flipped the Hyannis property and made an estimated $1 million profit.
But Swift professes to be not about lavishness, if her latest photo, posted on Instagram this morning (Oct. 19) is any indication.
“Of the bedrooms I’ve slept in during my lifetime, this was probably the most peaceful, she wrote in the caption.
“I look forward to working with the talented @sarahcgallagher on making my next home just as beautiful and tranquil. #cloudcity #interiordesign”
OMG, she’s buying another place?
In any event, the room is Spartan, to say the least. The walls and ceiling are pure white and the hardwood floor is dark. It has a simple black twin bed with a small black and white rug and two studio lamps.
What, no room for a mate? It would be tight squeeze for two in that bed.
Swift says she’s turned off to dating right now. Looks like she may be more interested in inner peace.
