Robin Williams’ daughter Zelda, has taken a philosophical and probably healthy view of her father’s suicide. She refused to blame anyone, including herself, the world and most of all her dad for his tragic death last August.

Williams, 63, was found dead in his Tiburon home after he hung himself with a belt and attempted to cut his wrists.

The iconic comedian was said to be suffering from depression and later it was revealed that he was in the early stages of Parkinson’s disease.

“There’s no point questioning it and no point blaming anyone for it, and there’s no point blaming yourself, or the world or whatever the case may be,” she told “Today’s” Kate Snow.

“It happened and you have to continue to move and you have to continue to live and manage,” she added added.

Zelda, who is an actress, also said she does not question why he committed suicide. “I don’t think there’s a point. It’s not important to ask.”

She described her life with her dad as “fun an happy,” and said he was one of the kindest, gentlest and most generous men in the world.”e

Zelda was thoughtful and well-spoken in the interview. She’ll present an award in his honor tomorrow (Feb. 27).

Zelda and her siblings, Zak, 31, his son by his first wife, Valerie Velardi and Cody, 23, by his second wife, Marsha Garces Williams are battling over Williams’ estate with his third wife, Susan.

She declined to discuss the case.
