FKA Twigs performed her new song, ‘Good To Love,’ on “The Tonight Show last night in a dazzling performance.

FKA Twigs, the UK singer and performance artist who is famously engaged to Robert Pattinson, showed, last night, why she’s a cut above bump-and-grind artists like Rihanna. She was nothing if not exotic singing her latest song “Good to Love” on “The Tonight Show.”

Twigs, real name Tahliah Barnett, is known for both her soprano voice and her innovative modern dance.

She sampled both as Jimmy Fallon’s musical guest.

She released the song two weeks ago and quickly followed up with a sizzling video. She writhed and wriggled naked beneath silk sheets for the clip, which she directed.

The show marked Twigs’ return to the show for the second time. She made her American debut on “The Tonight Show” two years ago in November ahead of her first U.S. tour.

In her debut, she performed a stunning mix of dance and music to her song “Two Weeks.” She turned the stage into an illusory vision using just billowing sheets and fans.

Her latest performance was more subdued.

Twigs spent most of it motionless singing into a mic. But her dance moves near the end of the song were electric. She moved with the speed and grace of a gazelle with exotic, Far Eastern overtones.

Twigs performed earlier in the week at the Philip Glass 26th annual Tibet House benefit at Carnegie Hall. “It was an honour to perform for philip glass and for such a wonderful cause, thank you all who came to support,” she Tweeted afterward.

She unveiled the song at the Manchester International Festival last July.

Her third EP release, M3LL155X, last year was hailed by critics as a masterpiece. No word yet on whether another album is in the offing.
