Yes, the Razzie Award winners for 2016 have been announced.
The Golden Raspberry Award Foundation announced the winners–or is that losers?– yesterday. Traditionally, they’ve been handed out the night before the Academy Awards ceremony, which takes place tonight (Feb. 28).
The is the 36th year Hollywood has been shamed be the organization for producing truly bad films. And, guess what? This year there was a tie for worst picture.
Erotic thriller “Fifty Shades of Grey” shared the honor for worst picture with “Fantastic Four.”
Fifty Shades won five Razzies, including Worst Screenplay, Worst Actor (Jamie Dornan), Worst Actress (Dakota Johnson) and Worst Screenplay.
Doran and Johnson also won for worst acting duo.

“Fantastic Four” also was dishonored for Worst Remake/Rip-Off Or Sequel and Worst Director.
Kaley Cuoco swept the Worst Supporting Actress category for her roles in “Alvin and the Chipmunks: Road Chip” and “The Wedding Ringer.”
But here’s where it really gets interesting. British actor Eddie Redmayne may pull a rare double. He won the Razzie Award for Worst Supporting Actor for “Jupiter Ascending” and could also win an Oscar for Best Actor in “The Danish Girl.”
Sylvester Stallone is in the same boat. He won a Razzie Redeemer Award, which is sort of a good thing, since it’s an atonement for all of his past Razzie wins. And, he’s also up for a Best Supporting Actor Oscar for “Creed.”
