Miley Cyrus’ metamorphosis from a teeniebopper to a sexually charged rock and roller continues in her latest video for her song “Who Owns My Heart.”

It what may be the 17-year-old’s most sexually provocative display yet, she appears as the video opens wearing only a tank top, bra and underwear as she rolls around on her bed.

The video roughly charts the star getting up and getting ready for a night of clubbing.

The video cuts to a scene where she sits on the edge of a bathtub in a candle-lit bathroom and applying her make up — still in tank top and panties.

She moves from there to the back of her limo wearing a vest and black hotpants.

The club scene shows Miley bumping and grinding with both boys and girls.

In a scene reminiscent of her kissing a girl on stage during a European concert earlier this year, Miley and the girl dancer can be seen casting seductive looks at each other.

Miley insisted later that the kiss was faked, although she changed one lyric in a song during a subsequent performance to suggest girl-on-girl love.

The single is on her latest album, ‘Can’t Be Tamed,’ which Miley, 17, says is about female empowerment. But the album has served as more of an emancipation proclamation from her squeaky clean Disney persona, Hannah Montana.

Miley turns 18 in November, and will officially be an adult, although her behavior has been anything but childlike for the past few years.

“It’s just about freeing yourself from anything you think is holding you back,” she told MTV News about the song.

“And I think that’s really important, especially for girls, because so many people are told, ‘No, you can’t do something,’ or, ‘You need to be this because Mom and Dad say that, teachers say this.’ ”
