Kylie Jenner is learning the hard way that being a business owner is no walk in the park. Her company, Kylie Cosmetics, is being slammed with consumer complaints. So much so, it’s scored the lowest rating possible from a leading consumer organization.

The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has slapped Kylie’s company with an “F” rating, on an “A” to “F” scale, for a host of problems.

The rating is based on 133 complaints filed during the short length of time Kylie Cosmetics has been in business.

The BBB said the company has failed “to resolve underlying cause(s) of a pattern of complaints,” according to the organization’s Web site.

The complaints cover the waterfront, including advertising and sales issues, billing and collection issues, delivery issues, guarantee and warranty complaints and problems with the product or service.

The BBB first contacted the company in May. “As of June 23, 2016, the pattern of complaint allegations continues,” the BBB reported.

In the last week alone, 10 more people complained about service or delivery, according to gossip site TMZ.

In a typical complaint, one dissatisfied customer wrote:

“Unfortunately, I bought three lip kits which are over priced. It’s upsetting as a customer that I spent $95.95 on a product that has the same ingredients as a Colourpop Lippie. I emailed the customer service department voicing my concern over the product 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive a response.”

The company complained that packages were being vandalized and items stolen in shipment.

Last month, Kylie blamed shipping delays on the post office. She posted a photo on Snapchat as evidence.

The shipments “shut down the post office because they couldn’t take it,” she wrote on the social media site.

Kylie announced the company’s launch nine months ago. She created an uproar on social media by posting photos of her significantly enlarged lips. Critics claimed she’d received injections. She claimed she created the look using cosmetics.

Soon after, she began marketing her “Lip Kit” cosmetics product. She’s been regularly promoting it over social media and often models the look herself.

She’s introduced new lipsticks as part of her line, and they reportedly sell out almost as soon as they appear on her Web site.

But the biggest difference between Kylie’s brand and other lipsticks appears to be price. Her’s sells for $95.95, considerably higher than comparable brands.

The company also takes a hard line with customers on returns, exchanges and refunds. “All sales are final,” it states in the fine print

In a subsequent post Kylie assured fans her Web site would remain fully stock over the Fourth of July holiday, so they could “shop at your leisure and not feel pressured.”

“You guys can visit my site. . . and get lip kits whenever you want.”

Despite all the bugs, the company is so successful, Kylie is considering opening her own retail outlets, according to London’s Daily Mail.
