Maria Menounos showcased her gym-toned legs while partying in Las Vegas with friend Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez.

Menounous wore a glittery mini-dress that spotlighted her gorgeous stems and hot physique.

While she’s hailed for her sexy bikini body these days, Maria was 40 pounds heavier during her twenties.

Maria who was once a size 14 is now a size 4, thanks to a Mediterranean-based diet and exercise, she revealed in her book, The EveryGirl’s Guide to Diet and Fitness.

Menounos, who’s Greek, follows a mostly Mediterranean diet, which emphasizes healthy fats such as olive oil, salmon and avocados, high-quality animal proteins, vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts, and seeds.

The Mediterranean diet has consistently been rated one of the top diets for weight loss and heart-health benefits, as TheImproper previously reported.

Maria’s daily meal plan features Greek yogurt with blueberries for breakfast; a Mediterranean salad with olives, chicken and feta cheese for lunch; and vegetarian chicken teriyaki with peas and cauliflower for dinner, Celebrity Health Fitness reported.

The brunette beauty doesn’t believe in starving herself, and focuses on portion control and regular exercise.

The 5-foot-8 brunette Menounos, who weighs 125 pounds, runs on the treadmill, takes spinning classes, jumps role, plays basketball, and does Pilates.

In addition to regular gym workouts, Maria also walks 10,000 steps every day and lives by the motto: “Always Be Moving.”

Exercise doesn’t have to be structured, she said. The fittest people incorporate small, cumulative activity into their day simply by walking and moving around.
