Lea Michele is comfortable in her own skin, “flaws and all” and comfortable with her head as well. She bares all in the latest issue of Women’s Health UK and has found peace with the unexpected 2013 death of boyfriend Cory Monteith.

Lea and Cory starred together in the hit Fox show “Glee,” and became an off-screen item.

But Monteith died unexpectedly in 2013 from a deadly heroin and alcohol mix. Lea was devastated by the sudden loss. She’s healed since then, but hasn’t forgotten.

She showed of a new tattoo dedicated to her late boyfriend in her nude photo spread.

The tattoo appears on Lea’s posterior and reads, simply: “Finn.” That’s the name of Monteith’s character on the hit comedy-drama, which aired for six seasons from May 2009 through March last year.

She also sports a tattoo, the number 5, in honor of Monteith. That’s “Glee” character Finn Hudson’s high school football jersey number.

Michele, 29, is featured on the cover of the UK edition, titled “Feel Great Naked!” She poses in the buff with 13 other celebrities. (Hands and legs are strategically placed to avoid showing private parts).

She told the magazine:

“Right now, I feel physically in my best shape, and emotionally in my best place. I’m not perfect. I’m not trying to represent myself as being some perfect girl, but I love myself, flaws and all.”

Michele could never be called a gym rat during her run on “Glee.” The show with it’s rehearsals and vigorous dance numbers, more than kept her fit. But since then, she’s changed her lifestyle.

“For me, working out has to be good for my mind too, and when I leave, the endorphins are buzzing, I’m glowing and I feel like I can take on the world.”

Lea’s vegan diet is also almost gluten free, Celebrity Health Fitness reported.

“I keep my home almost completely gluten free and vegan, which I think is important because when you reach for a snack at home, then you’re getting something healthy,” “Look, everyone can do whatever they want, this is just what I do.”

The actress, who currently stars in the television comedy-drama “Scream Queens,” has long been in touch with her own sexuality, sometimes to the astonishment of “Glee” fans.

In 2010, Michele and “Glee” co-star Dianna Agron flaunted their sexy sides in GQ magazine, touching off a protest by conservative parents’ groups.

They said the photos set a bad example for high school kids the same age as their “Glee” characters.

Michele also blew away viewers of the “Teen Choice Awards,” on Fox Television over the weekend by wearing a revealing halter top.

“I love myself, flaws and all,” the star said. She definitely means it.
