Tara Reid fueled anorexia speculation after unveiling her scary-skinny body and drastic weight loss at the Las Vegas premiere of “Sharknado: The 4th Awakens.”

Tara flashed some major underboob in a sheer dress that spotlighted her gaunt, fat-free frame.

Reid’s bony back was shoulder blades poked through her mesh evening gown in photos posted to her Instagram account (see below).

]Anorexia rumors have trailed the super-skinny Reid for years and hit a peak in 2015 after she flaunted her emaciated bikini body on Instagram.

Reid’s skeletal frame ignited rumors she’s suffering from the eating disorders anorexia or bulimia, Celebrity Health Fitness reported.

“Eat something please. You don’t look happy,” pleaded one fan.

Another remarked: “You’re getting too skinny, eat some pasta or donuts.”

Reid denied she’s anorexic, and defended her weight loss by insisting that genetics are responsible for her tiny frame.

“I’m just a small-boned girl,” Tara wrote on Instagram. “I eat, I eat, I eat.”

When Reid first became famous after starring in the 1999 blockbuster, American Pie, Tara was an up-and-coming ingenue with a promising Hollywood future.

But Tara’s reputation as a party girl, brushes with drug and alcohol use, and her plastic surgery addiction halted her career.

Tabloids claim Tara is obsessed with staying skinny at any cost, saying she subsists on one meal a day and gallons of Diet Coke. In addition to starvation diets, Reid also binge-eats, causing unhealthy weight fluctuations.

Other celebrities who suffered from anorexia include MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski, who detailed her lifelong struggle with food addiction, anorexia and bulimia in her memoir, Obsessed: America’s Food Addiction And My Own.

Demi Lovato, who battled anorexia, bulimia and drug addiction since age 8, detailed her remarkable recovery in her book, Staying Strong: 365 Days a Year.

Over the years, Tara Reid has made headlines for her botched plastic surgeries.

In 2006, Tara underwent corrective plastic surgery to fix her deformed nipples from a botched 2004 breast augmentation.

Reid, 40, also got corrective surgery to fix the rippled skin on her stomach after a botched liposuction.

“I got lipo because even though I was skinny,” Tara admitted. “I wanted — I’m not going to lie — a six pack.”
