Kim Kardashian‘s plastic surgeon performed skin-tightening treatments and a nonsurgical “tummy tuck” on her after her 80-pound weight loss on the low-carb Atkins diet.

Kim’s longtime cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Simon Ourian of Beverly Hills, posted an Instagram video of the reality TV maven as she got cosmetic treatments (see below).

Kardashian has denied getting a nose job and butt implant plastic surgery, but has admitted getting laser cellulite removal, Botox, cheek fillers, and laser treatments on her face, neck and body to prevent wrinkles and age spots.

It’s likely Dr. Ourian gives Kim free (or discounted) cosmetic enhancements in exchange for promoting his services on social media to her millions of followers.

Dr. Ourian has appeared frequently on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, where he did performed laser cellulite removal on Khloe Kardashian, among others.

Ourian also gave Kylie Jenner lip injections to achieve her now-signature trout pout.

Dr. Ourian who’s famous for his “no-scalpel Brazilian butt lift” has likely performed that on Kim, Kylie and Khloe, since their oversized glutes look exactly like the “after” photos of his patients who get that procedure.

Meanwhile, Kim has been making headlines for her dramatic post-baby weight loss.

Kim, who weighed 200 pounds while pregnant, has lost almost 80 pounds since giving birth to son Saint in December 2015.

The 5-foot-2 Kardashian, who says she weighs 124 pounds, looks skinnier than she has in years, thanks to diet and exercise.

Low carb, high-fat diets like the Atkins and ketogenic diets promote rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Mark Hyman, author of Eat Fat, Get Thin.

Kim Kardashian is close to reaching her goal weight of 120 pounds, and is proud of herself for having the discipline to diet and exercise every day to achieve her bangin’ bikini body, Celebrity Health Fitness reported.

“After I had Saint, I decided to set goals for myself,” Kim wrote on her blog. “I was motivated, but it was tough! It isn’t easy to just bounce back.”

The mom of two continued: “We all have our hang-ups and things we might want to change, but my curves make me who I am. So I embrace my body and the changes I’ve gone through.”

Kim, who plans to release a follow-up to her 2015 selfie book Selfish, said she’ll post another nude photo soon once she hits her weight loss goal.

“Have I posted a nude selfie since I lost all my baby weight? I don’t think so,” said Kim. “Get ready.”
