Natalie Portman, who’s pregnant again, looked like a goddess in a white one-shoulder gown at the red carpet premiere of “Planetarium” at the Venice Film Festival. The day before, Portman premiered her film, “Jackie,” which received rave reviews.
In “Jackie,” Natalie chronicles Jacqueline Kennedy‘s marriage to president John F. Kennedy, wedding to Greek shipping billionaire Aristotle Onassis, and her later years as a New York City socialite and philanthropist.
Jackie’s days in the White House were tragically cut short after husband, John F. Kennedy, was assassinated in 1963.
Portman, who won a best actress Oscar in 2011 for Black Swan, said playing the legendary Jackie O was one of the most challenging roles of her career.
“The film comes at her from so many different aspects,” said Natalie (see video).
“She’s a young widow. She’s a symbol for all these people: She’s a mother. She’s a wife, a betrayed wife. She’s a person who is trying to figure out her way in the world.”
At 35, Portman has barely aged during the past few years, thanks to a healthy diet and exercise.
Portman’s anti-aging beauty and fitness secrets are a vegan diet, running and yoga workouts, Celebrity Health Fitness reported.
“I run three times a week and I practice yoga,” said Natalie. “Diet is a big part of it. I’m vegan, and I drink a lot of water.”
Natalie Portman joins a long list of celebrity vegans who credit the 100% plant-based diet for its weight loss and beauty benefits.
Vegan diets have anti-aging health benefits and promote natural weight loss, said nutritionist Kimberly Snyder, author of Beauty Detox Power.
Other celebrity vegans include singer Carrie Underwood and supermodel Christie Brinkley, who’s a stone-cold fox at 62, as TheImproper has reported.
