Kristen Dunst is mesmerizing in a new trailer for the upcoming drama “Woodshock,” about a woman who deals with a crushing loss through the use of a cannabis-related drug. She’s at her most erotic and sensual best yet.

Dunst, 35, is at the peak of her career in Hollywood.

But what makes her a cut above other A-list actresses is the steamy eroticism she evokes in film after film.

In the breath-taking and uncommonly meditative 2012 film “Melancholia,” Dunst set a new standard for film drama.

The Lars Von Trier-directed apocalyptic drama won top honors from the National Society of Film Critics. Dunst was named best actress and the film won best picture. Dunst also won best actress at the Cannes Film Festival.

In one compelling scene she lies naked on mossy rocks, staring toward the sky.

Kirsten may have made her mark in the popular “Spider Man” movies, but she also has a serious, darker side, displayed in the 2010 film “All Good Things,” about one of New York City’s most notorious murders.

Her role as a child actress in the 1994 horror drama “Interview With a Vampire,” won huge accolades, including the Golden Globe motion picture award for Best Supporting Actress.

She also appeared in the novel sci-fi movie, “Upside Down,” with Jim Sturgess and “On the Road” with Twilight’s Kristen Stewart and Garrett Hedlund.

“Woodshock” is written and directed by Kate and Laura Mulleavy. It’s their directorial debut. It also stars Joe Cole and Pilou Asbæk.

It’s scheduled to be released Sept. 15, 2017.

Dunst is, unquestionably, the thinking man’s sex siren. Check out her photos and the new trailer.
