Stephen Colbert Is Riotous Over New Donald Trump Revelations (See!) 1

Stephen Colbert thought he was kidding when he joked that Donald Trump didn’t want to be president. Who knew it was actually true? A new book suggests that it’s really as bad as everyone thought.

Colbert reached new heights last night (Jan. 4) riffing on Michael Wolfe’s “Fire and Fury.”

“All of this proves, once again, that when it comes to Donald Trump, everything is exactly what you thought it was,” he said.

“His entire shtick is just trying to convince you, you’re crazy for seeing what’s obvious, which makes sense. That’s basically how you sell luxury real estate.”

If you didn’t want Trump to be president, don’t feel bad. He didn’t want to be president either.

“Donald Trump did not want to be president. He didn’t want him to win. There’s a name for that–the majority of American voters,” he quipped.

Not surprisingly, the Trump campaign was meant to be nothing more than just one more scam. He wanted the fame and money for running without the responsibility for the office.

Which makes sense, since he had no government or military experience.

Except he won.

An aide had to be rushed in to explain the Constitution to him.

Melania cried on election night, and not tears of joy, according to the book.

To make matters worse, his former chief White House Counsel, Steve Bannon, went rogue in the book.

Even his billionaire pals think Trump is an idiot– not just his own cabinet members.

Check out the video below, it’s so funny you’ll cry, and not tears of joy, either.

Pity the nation.
