Steve Bannon has always been portrayed as Death incarnate in “Saturday Night Live” cold opens, and this week the actor under the cloak was finally unmasked to gasps from the audience. Who was it?

The sketch comedy show has made hay out of Donald Trump’s many foibles since his election.

They’re not only hilarious, but also noted for the actors who have been tapped to play various Trump administration characters.

Alec Baldwin, of course, is classic as Trump. Kate McKinnon has been stellar playing Kellyann Conway and Melissa McCarthy was hilarious playing former White House spokesman Sean Spicer.

Fred Armisten makes an appearance this week as Michael Wolff, author of the Trump blockbuster “Fire and Fury.”

Bannon was always concealed… until this week.

The setting is MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” with Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski (McKinnon).

Leslie Jones plays a crazy Oprah Winfrey.
