Kevin Spacey is in even deeper shit. The disgraced “House of Cards” actor is being investigated over a third allegation of sexual assault in London during his time as director of the Old Vic theater.

The alleged assault against a man happened in Lambeth, South London, in 2005, according to British press reports.

He’s already under investigation for a separate incidents, one in 2005 in Westminster and another in 2008 in London, according to Scotland Yard.

“On 13 December we received an allegation that the man sexually assaulted a man (Victim 3) in 2005 in Westminster. Officers from the Child Abuse and Sexual Offences Command are investigating,” the London Metropolitan London said in a statement.

Spacey was creative director at the Old Vic from 2004 through 2013. More than 20 people have come forward charging the 58-year-old actor with sexual assault or harassment during his tenure there.

The theatre claimed Spacey fostered a “cult of personality” at the theater and allegedly used his status and stardom to pressure young actors and junior staff into sex acts and then ordering them not to speaking out about the incidents.

The theatre said in a statement:

“Despite having the appropriate escalation processes in place, it was claimed that those affected felt unable to raise concerns and that Kevin Spacey operated without sufficient accountability. “This is clearly unacceptable and the Old Vic truly apologises for not creating an environment or culture where people felt able to speak freely.”

All but two of the alleged incidents were said to have occurred before 2009. The theater said it previously had received only one complaint.

The Old Vic also stressed that “no legal claims, formal grievances, formal disputes, settlement agreements or payments made or authorized were made at all in relation to Kevin Spacey during his tenure.”

Spacey, who was always ambiguous about his sexuality, apparently had a voracious appetite for young men, suggesting Hollywood’s burgeoning sex scandal includes by straight and gay predators.

In November, actor Anthony Rapp was the first to expose Spacey’s predatory sexual behavior. He accused the actor of making sexual advances toward him in 1986, when he was just 14 years old.
