Robert Pattinson took time out from filming “Breaking Dawn, Part I, to show he still appreciates his fans, no matter how much chaos they cause in his life. In a video message he gave a shout out over the BBC Radio One Teen Awards.
At the first ever BBC Radio One awards at London’s Hammersmith Apollo, Pattinson won Best Actor and Best Dressed.
Unable to make the gala, the event’s hosts played on the disappointment felt by fans before flashing the video of Pattinson in Edward Cullen character on a large screen.
Fans screamed with delight.
Kristen Stewart also later thanked fans for the awards and joked about the casual outfit Rob wore.
The “Twilight” couple have rejoined cast members in Louisiana, after their sojourn to Brazil to shoot the honeymoon scenes for “Breaking Dawn.”
For there, the cast, including Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene and Kellen Lutz, will head back to Vancouver for more filming.
Both parts of the final films in the Twlight series are being shot back-to-back.
