Chloë Grace Moretz is best known for her roles as a child actress, but she’s all grown up now and is set to star in one of her most audacious roles yet as Bonnie Parker in a remake of the 1967 crime film “Bonnie & Clyde.” Faye Dunaway starred in the same role.

Moretz, now 21, showed off her sexual chops in an arresting photo spread in >Flaunt magazine. She’ll star opposite Jack O’Connell who will play her lover and partner in crime, Clyde Barrow.

The new movie is tentatively titled “Love Is a Gun,” helmed by Spanish director Kiké Maillo. The title is actually the same as a 1994 movie, which could prove problematic.

The film appears to focus on the love relationship between the crime duo. It’s being billed as a “thrilling, gritty and emotional story of two of history’s most famous lovers, Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“Their story remains ubiquitous in popular culture across the globe, yet few in this generation know the details of their intimate love affair and the circumstances that led to their notorious crime spree that captured the imagination of the world in their time,” the producing team said in a statement.

The 1967 crime drama was a straight up biopic, starring Dunaway and Warren Beatty as Clyde, with Michael J. Pollard, Gene Hackman, Estelle Parsons, Denver Pyle and Dub Taylor. Of note, Gene Wilder made his big-screen debut in the picture.

The original film was nominated for eight Academy Awards and won two.

Bonnie and Clyde became Depression era anti-heroes after the media began covering their exploits. They died on May 23, 1934 in a gun-blazing shootout with police in Louisiana.

The movie is expected to be released in 2024. Click here to see her stunning video.
