She attributes her washboard abs to a seven-step exercise routine that helps her “accelerate muscular ab growth” and sculpt her abs. Now 52, the actress showed off her intense fitness regime in one of her weekly “Fitness Friday” Instagram fitness videos. She has also shown off the ab exercises that she’s been doing to “accelerate muscular ab growth in preparation for her next film.”
