“Twilight” stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart appear to be finally dropping their guard on their off-screen romance after they were spotted in public getting cozy with each other in Baton Rouge, La.

The Twilight cast — Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Nikki Reed, Kellen Lutz, and others — are filming “Breaking Dawn” in the charming Southern city.

The now not-secret real-life romance seemed to be going strong when Pattinson, 24 and Stewart, 20, joined about  other cast members for a private dinner at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar.

Although more than two dozen people attended the dinner, Rob and Kristen acted as if they were the only ones at the table.

“Kristen and Rob were very couple-like,” a restaurant source tells People magazine.

“There was a lot of hand-holding, sitting next to each other. Everyone was talking around the room, but Kristen and Rob were just talking to each other, not really into the conversations everyone else was having,” the restaurant source said.

Rob and Kristen were also spotted looking “very much a couple,” at another outing at the Cadillac Café, a strip-mall karaoke joint.

“I mean, they weren’t slobbering all over each other … but they sure looked like a couple and were talking with each other like a couple,” an onlooker told the magazine. “They [seem like] a couple in love.”

Rob and Kristen have been very guarded about their off-screen relationship ever since the “Twilight” series started filming.

But a slew of hints and sightings over the past two years have led most to believe there’s more than just friendship between the two, despite their occasional denials.

But as the cast and crew gather to film the last of the Twilight movies, Breaking Dawn, Part One and Part Two, Rob and Kristen seem more comfortable with each other in public.

Once the series ends, and some normalcy returns to their lives, they will likely be together — a happy ending just like Twilight lovers Bella and Edward.
