Lindsay Lohan May Face New Charges in Betty Ford Incident 1Lindsay Lohan was the only patient who became “very uncooperative and out of control,” when she and two other girls were caught trying to sneak back into the Betty Ford Center after sneaking out to go drinking, a police investigation has confirmed.

Although Lohan insisted that counselor Dawn Holland got belligerent with her, a police investigation found that Lohan should face battery charges as a result of the Dec. 12 confrontation, according to news reports.

The results of the investigation could be bad news for Lohan.

Judge Elden Fox has said that if the “Mean Girls” actress violated any rules at the center or failed another drug test before her next court date, Feb. 25, she could be sent back to jail for 180 days.

Lohan is expected back in court on Feb.1 for a review of her probation, which is slated to end in August.

Investigators are expected to send their case to the district attorney’s office later this week, a spokesperson for the sheriff’s office told CNN.

Lohan voluntarily checked into the rehab center Sept. 27 to address drugs and alcohol problems. She was released this week after completing the program, but it apparently it did little to curb her sense of entitlement.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said Lohan likely violated her probation when she allegedly got into an altercation with Holland.

“Lindsay and two other patients had snuck out, went drinking and tried to sneak back in and they got caught,” Holland told gossip Web site TMZ in an interview that eventually got her fired.

“We were told by our administration on-call to do a Breathalyzer test, which she refused to do,” Holland said. “She was angry and out of control.”

“I did not touch the woman! I am not willing to risk my job over any patient,” Holland said.

Lohan’s lawyer said the 24-year-old actress was the one who called 911 to request police assistance at the time.

Holland initially said she would file a criminal complaint against Lohan, but now says she will not cooperate with the investigation and does not want charges filed.
