It’s hard to see how that film will be a loser, since it’s set in a circus and has great animal acts.

Rob is also filming the final two films in the Twilight series, Breaking Dawn, Part 1 and Part 2, with Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and the rest of the cast.

“Akira” is set 2019 in a post-war city called Neo-Tokyo in Japan, gripped by political strife, anti-government terrorism and gang violence

Shotaro Kaneda is a biker gang member, who tries to stop best friend Tetsuo Shima from releasing Akira, a youth who possesses super powers, but is locked in a cryonic chamber.

The animated 1988 version of the series became a hugely popular cult film and is widely considered to be a landmark in Japanese animation.

The new film would be Americanized and based in “New Manhattan.” The picture is expected to start shooting in August, according to Deadline.
