Robert Pattinson, Taylor Swift Rule Teen Choice Awards (video) 1“Twilight’s” Robert Pattinson continues to hold sway over the Teen Choice Awards with a win for best actor in a drama and best vampire (sorry Trueblood!), while Taylor Swift continued hee reign as queen of the show.

Selena Gomez, 19, and boyfriend Justin Bieber, 17, were the darlings of the evening. Both were named choice “hottie,” and Bieber also won for top male artist and “twit.”

Demi Lovato, 18, another Disney singer and actress, won a special “inspire” award after suffering a breakdown last year and spending time in rehab.

Lovato has talked openly about her problems with eating disorders and cutting since then.

In a moving speech, she linked her problems to being bullied in school and has also said she is bipolar.

“You guys are what got me through this last year,” she said. “Love is louder, I love you guys so much.”

Sean Kingston was also a sentimental favorite. He drew a standing ovation after his life-threatening jetski accident earlier this year.

Cameron Diaz, Ashton Kutcher, Blake Lively and the cast of TV show “Glee,” were also big winners.

Taylor Lautner won for best actor in a sci/fi fantasy movie for “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.” It was the second year in a row that Taylor won for a Twilight movie

But Rob won for his role in “Water for Elephants.”

Girlfriend Kristen Stewart, who is filming “Snow White and the Huntsman,” did not make the awards show.

Rob was he was seated with his Twilight co-stars Nikki Reed and Ashley Greene, who won an award for scene stealer along with “Twilight’s” Kellan Lutz.

Swift, however, dominated with six surfboard trophies, including the top prize for “Ultimate Teen Choice.”

Swift, Gomez and Bieber all became established stars in their teens. Swift was just 16 when her self-titled debut album vaulted her to fame in 2006.

She was named favorite female artist, country singer and red carpet fashion icon and won for best country single for her song “Mean” and choice breakup song “Back to December.”

“It’s been a long time since I was a teenager, like two years,” said Swift, 21.

Gomez performed her hit single “I Love You Like a Love Song” with her band The Scene, which also won an award for single of the year for their song “Who Says.”

Gomez was named choice TV actress in a drama for her role in “Wizards of Waverly Place,” which is in its fourth and final season.
