“Twilight” star Ashley Greene looked ravishing at the “Breaking Dawn, Part 1” premiere in Belgium. As she makes the rounds with Robert Pattinson, the chemistry between the two has become unmistakable.

Ashley is subbing, obviously, for “Twilight” beauty Kristen Stewart, who is tied up in the UK filming her latest picture “Snow White and the Huntsman.”

Rob and Kristen are on-screen lovers as vampire Edward Cullen and Bella Swan, and few doubt, by now, that they are also off-screen lovers as well.

Ashley has always played second fiddle to Kristen in the “Twilight” films. She even revealed that she auditioned for the part of Bella but was passed over for Stewart.

But now that she’s been seen arm-in-arm with Rob in Paris and now Belgium, it’s obvious that there is chemistry between them.

Ashley has never looked as radiant or as comfortable as she has with Rob during the promotion tour. They make a striking couple.

And, Rob seems very at ease with her. After all, she resembles Kristen in a lot of ways, from her ivory white skin to her raven-colored hair and alluring blue-grey eyes. Kristen’s eyes are a grey green.

And, Ashley has been with Rob throughout the “Twilight” series, as has Kristen.

There were rumors during the filming of the first “Twilight” movie that Ashley and Rob hooked up. But Pattinson has always let it be known that Kristen’s casting in the film, encouraged him to audition.

Rob said he was smitten by Kristen when he saw her in the 2007 film “Into the Wild,” directed by Sean Penn.

Ashley, however, is a few years older, slightly more sophisticated and more classically beautiful than Kristen, who often comes across as tomboyish.

Ashley also seems more upbeat, while Kristen tends to be morose.

So now that Ashley has Rob to herself is she trying to move in?

Stranger things have happened, and this wouldn’t be the first storybook Hollywood romance to take such a sudden turn.

How could Summit put Ashley and Rob in such a romantic setting as Paris or Bruxelles?

Ashley is so strikingly beautiful, anything can happen. It’s like they were asking for trouble.

The fact that Rob and Kristen have been so secretive about their relationship hasn’t helped, although Kristen, for the first time, went so far as to admit she had an English boyfriend in a GQ UK edition magazine interview.

Was that a not-so-subtle reminder to Ashley to keep her hands off?
