Justin Bieber’s alleged baby mamma, Mariah Yeater appears to be far more “free spirited” than portrayed in court papers or her angelic Star magazine cover photo, as new details and photos emerge about her.

Yeater, 20, has filed a paternity lawsuit in San Diego, Calif., alleging that an Oct. 2010 backstage tryst with the pop sensation ended with her getting pregnant and giving birth to what she says is Bieber’s son.

But beyond the legal filings not much is known about her, outside of a photo of her with the baby on the cover of Star magazine, which broke the story about the lawsuit.

While Yeater has yet to appear in public or make a public statement about the case, outside of her sworn affidavit, she appears to be far more free spirited than she initially appears.

The few scant insights into her personality so far are contained on her MySpace page, which includes more than 40 photographs, some of which are racy and semi-naked.

They also show her with multiple face piercings and generally partying with friends.

Although she was born and raised in San Diego, and lists that as her hometown, her MySpace page said she resides in Las Vegas.

In another interesting factoid, Yeater lists her height as 5-feet, 9-inches tall. If so, she would tower over Bieber who is 5-feet, 5-inches tall.

That would make for an unusual sexual coupling. Yeater claims in her affidavit that she wrapped her legs around Bieber while they had sex.

While body piercings and goofy party photos do not detract from her basic claim, they might provide grounds to challenge her character.

Bieber’s reps have claimed her accusations are “malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false,” according to TMZ.

Curiously, Bieber’s only response is to tweet that he is going to “ignore the rumors.”

If anyone can separate truth from rumor it’s him. He acts like the accusations are about someone else.

Yeater’s lawyers were quick to seize on the point.

“It is noteworthy that Justin Bieber himself has not denied the fundamental fact that he had unprotected sex with Mariah Yeater following a concert in Los Angeles.”

A court hearing has been set for next month.
