Scarlett Johansson caused a minor uproar in Scotland after officials agreed to stop highway traffic to allow filming on her latest movie. But she’s really raising eyebrows in Italy where she covers the new Vanity Fair Italia.

Johansson appears in sexy photos in the magazine only weeks after private nude photos were leaked onto the Internet.

They caused an uproar and led to the arrest of an elusive hacker who allegedly stole the pictures from her email account.

Seems the fetching actress can’t make a move these days without drawing huge attention.

In Scotland, ScarJo is filming “Under the Skin,” based on a novel of the same name by Michel Faber.

It’s about an alien (Johansson) who picks up and seduces male hitchhikers in the Scottish Highlands to harvest their body parts.

The agency, known as Transport Scotland, agreed to close the A82 highway in Glencoe so filming could take place.

But authorities never consulted with local communities about the disruption. The A82 is considered a key highway into the Scottish Highlands.

In Vanity Fair, Johansson, who turns 27 this month, said she isn’t afraid of growing old and says she has no objection to botox.

Although she’s not sure she would use it, she says she doesn’t judge those who do.

“I consider it a personal choice. Frankly, I do not understand why the media are so obsessed with finishing touches. If a person looks good, I’m going to ask why not. Who cares what you’ve done?” she says.

Indeed, a raven-haired Scarlett looks smoking hot in the Mario Sorrenti photo shoot.

Her latest movie, “We Bought a Zoo,” hits theaters in December.

Directed by “Cameron Crowe” it stars Matt Damon, Thomas Haden Church, Colin Ford, Desi Lydic, Patrick Fugit, and Elle Fanning.
