Robert Pattinson compared the end of filming “Breaking Dawn” to graduating from high school. If so, the film premiere was like homecoming and Rob and Kristen Stewart were its king and queen.
In a rare move last night at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, Rob and Kristen arrived and walked the red carpet together.
Kristen, 21, went for her new found glamour look, wearing a risque dark blue, sequinned gown slit to the thigh, which contrasted with her porcelain-colored skin and exposed her sexy legs.
Rob dressed for the occasion, too, wearing a charcoal suit, light-grey shirt and skinny black tie.
They posed for photographers while Kristen hugged Rob’s waist, leaving little doubt, if any is left, that they are an off-screen couple.
The co-stars play lovers Edward Cullen and Bella Swan and have become an international sensation since the first “Twilight” film was released in 2008.
The red carpet event drew thousands of fans, many of whom camped out for days to get a glimpse of the stars.
Other “Twilight” stars also walked the red carpet in dazzling gowns. They clearly went out of their way to make this the most glamorous premiere of the year for young Hollywood.
Rob and Kristen did numerous interviews and spent a long time intermingling with fans and signing autographs before heading into the theater.
