Kristen Stewart, best known as a jeans and tee-shirt girl, has cemented her fashion credentials by landing on Vogue’s best dressed list. The “Twilight” star has upped her glamour quotient considerably over the past year and it hasn’t gone unnoticed.

The list will appear in Vogue’s December issue, but TheImproper got a sneak peek at the magazine. It lauds Stewart for balancing her look between “slightly reticent tomboy and red carpet vamp.”

In particular, the magazine cites her stunning look at her “On the Road” premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Kristen Stewart Lauded as Vogue Best Dressed

She wore a floral sequined sheath by Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad. “She had the bearing of a classic film noir femme fatale,” the mag notes.

Kristen once said she could wear anything, including a paper bag if it’s comfortable. That’s because, dressed up or dressed down, Stewart’s two most alluring features, her chestnut locks and “naturally bone-white complexion” always shine through.

The 22-year-old actress also has a talent for accessorizing whether its her smoky eyeshadow, worn with her Marchesa dress at the “Snow White” premiere in London, or the “playful” tortoise-shell glasses she was spotted wearing as she raced through LAX.

Among her signature looks is anything Balenciaga, as long as it’s designed by her favorite Nicolas Ghesquière, like the dress she wore at the London premiere of “On the Road.”

Stewart was also a fashion tour du force on the red carpet at the “On the Road” Los Angeles premiere Saturday (Nov. 3), wearing a stunning Balenciaga cut-out white top and high-waisted black trousers, also by Ghesquière.

One thing Stewart rarely goes without, however, are her black Converse sneakers. Still a tomboy at heart.
