beyonce-gq-cover-frontBeyonce has landed on the cover of GQ magazine’s “100 Sexiest Women of the 21st Century” issue, beating out sex sirens like Megan Fox, Kate Upton and Mila Kunis. The only question is how much was Bey photoshopped to trim her post-baby curves?

The hot R&B singer gave birth to daughter Blue Ivy a year ago on Jan. 7 and packed on the pregnancy weight. Plus, Bey has always been bootilicious to begin with.

Of course, the question isn’t was Beyonce photoshopped, but by how much. It’s almost a given that magazine art directors can’t leave well enough alone when it comes to cover images.

So, it should come as no surprise that Beyonce looks like a runway model. Digital alteration of the image, however, looks like it was pretty light.

Beyonce definitely appears to have gotten some help around her waist and probably her thighs. Both look like they were trimmed to accentuate her shape and give her a leaner look.

Her stomach is also unusually flat and sculpted, probably due to subtle shading. Her face may have been reshaped a bit as well, to make her look leaner. The dark shadow on the right side of the image (her left) is usually a give-away.

The cover image, shot by celebrity photographer Terry Anderson, will appear on the upcoming February issue, timed to the Super Bowl and Beyonce’s scheduled halftime performance.

The images leaked online, yesterday, causing the magazine to go ahead and release the cover. Although monthly magazines work on long lead times, editors could still probably change it up to surprise readers.

The magazine has promised to publish additional photos of the singer on Jan. 15, which is the magazine’s publication date. Stay tuned and be sure to follow TheImproper on Twitter for all the latest updates.
