Justin Bieber has been accused of roughing up and humiliating one of his ex-bodyguards and then stiffing him for more than $420,000 in overtime and other wages, according to a new lawsuit. It wouldn’t be the first time, he’s had a run-in with someone.

The bodyguard, Moshe Benabou, claims Bieber hit him repeatedly in the chest in October after a disagreement over how to handle one of Bieber’s hangers-on.

Bieber, 18, allegedly fired ex-Israeli Army soldier on the spot, after he tried to walk away from the confrontation. Benabou worked for the pop singer for almost two years, providing constant security, according to his lawyer Ilan Heimanson.

Heimanson, said Bieber’s behavior came down to a matter of treating an employee “with respect, dignity and in accordance with the law,” according to The New York Daily News. “Unfortunately, he was not,” he said.

Benabou claims he worked 14-to 18-hours a day during his term of employment between March 2011 and October 2012.

Despite Bieber’s cheery public image, he’s been involved in a number of scrapes and exhibited surely behavior outside the spotlight.

He hung up during the middle of a radio interview after getting ticked off because the DJ said he sounded like Justin Timberlake. When the conversation strayed to an issue that then-girlfriend Selena Gomez joked about, he hung up.

Bieber had another run-in with photographers last June when they started yelling to either rile him or get his attention while he was playing golf.

He also got in a scuffle with a photographer who was allegedly blocking his car as he and Selena were leaving a shopping mall. And, it’s not just photographers.

He hassled his fans while waiting at Toronto’s airport because they wanted a photo with him. And before that he gave the finger to fans who were following him at a theme park.
