Kourtney Kardashian Flaunts Hot Bikini Body in Us Magazine 1

After her second child, Kourtney Kardashian had a real weight problem. She gained 44 pounds during her pregnancy, but shed nearly all of it in six months of dieting and strenuous workouts. She flaunted the results in a photo shoot for USWeekly.

Kourtney, 33, the oldest of the Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian, packed on the pounds while pregnant with daughter Penelope, her second child with baby daddy Scott Disick.

“I gained 45 pounds with Penelope.” Kardashian told Us magazine. “It was harder to lose weight the second time around.”

The weight gain was significant considering Kourtney stands only five feet tall with a petite frame.

In all, she weighed 150 pounds, up from her normal weight of 106 pounds.

There was nothing fancy about her weight loss regimen. She ate smaller portions and worked out daily in 90-minute, dance-focused sessions. Its a tried and true formula. She slimmed down to 95 pounds after giving birth to Mason in 2010.

“My sister has made it look easy, but it’s not as easy as people think,” said sister Kim, 32. “It is a lot, a little, painful. When people say that pregnancy is fun and they love it, I would have to disagree.”

Kim is pregnant with her first child with baby daddy Kanye West. She’s already starting to show significant weight gain. But with Kourtney as a role model, she’s sure to regain her pre-pregnancy weight.
