Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have been exhibiting signs for the past two weeks that their relationship is in trouble, and now a new report claims that the actor and former Disney star have called it quits. If so, is it for good?

Despite their engagement and reports of “true love,” Miley at 20 and Hemsworth, who is 23, were way to young to get married, especially by Hollywood standards.

Between their diverse careers and the amount of time they had to spent apart, the relationship was heavily burdened from the get go. But apparently personality differences finally got the better of them.

Miley reportedly mistrusted Liam, while the Australian star had a problem with Miley’s hard-partying ways, according to a new report in The New York Post.

The report, which only cites anonymous sources, adds some weight to recent sightings of both Miley and Liam without their engagement rings. Liam also flew back to Australia, reportedly to spend time with his family and take a break from the relationship.

He was spotted frolicking on the beach, another sign that was interpreted to suggest there was trouble in Mileyville.

“Miley and Liam are done; it’s over. She likes to party really hard and can be pretty wild. It became a problem for him,” the source said. “They have broken up before, and are broken up again now. There was drama because she suspected he had a wandering eye,” another source added.

Indeed, the couple began dating during the filming of their 2009 movie, “The Last Song.” They broke up in August 2010, but reconciled and were back together a month later. They’ve been in a steady relationship since then.

But new pressure was placed on the relationship when Hemsworth allegedly flirted with other women during the Oscars and was photographed with “Mad Men” actress January Jones at a pre-Oscars party.

Another report claimed that Hemsworth was also spotted flirting with Emma Watson. While tabloid reports are often sketchy at best, the reports could have provided the tipping point.

Miley, in a fit of pique, quit the social media site Twitter because of what she said was the steady influx of rumors and lies about her relationships. Be sure to follow TheImproper on Twitter for all the latest updates.
