Justin Bieber’s posh mansion in the exclusive The Estates of the Oaks neighborhood in Calabasas, Calif., has been in the news lately over non-stop parties with and without the Bieb’s presence. So, what’s it like inside? Would you believe sex, drugs and rock ‘n roll?

Even though the 19-year-old singer is too young to drink and is reportedly a devout born-again Christian, the drugs and booze flow freely at his house and women out number men six to one, according to a new report.

“Off the hook sex and drug orgies would make Charlie Sheen blush,” according to gossip site radaronline, which claimed to have tapped an inside source for the info.

“There are usually only five dudes and about 42 girls,” a partygoer who remained anonymous told the website.

“A couple of them are strippers and the rest are just girls that everyone knows. All the guys are pretty much hooking up with all he women, they find two or three girls that they like a night,” the source added.

“The parties are pretty wild, it is like an insane frat party but with way less dudes and a lot more hot chicks! They go on until about 4 or 5 in the morning.”

The source, however, discounted rumors that “sizzurp,” a mixture of codeine-laden cough syurp and soda is a staple at the parties. Mostly partygoers are smoking pot and drinking alcohol, typically Ciroc vodka or Stella Artois beer.

Wisely, Bieber apparently has a security guard watching over the house, who is there to make sure no photos are taken and cell phones are checked at the door.

Is Justin Bieber’s Sense of Entitlement Out of Control?

Because the house is huge, about 10,000-square-feet, and located on 1.3-acres, neighbors are insulated from the noise and no complaints have ever been lodged with police. But it’s very likely lots of underage drinking is going on, and the police would definitely be interested in that.

Drinking by underage kids in a private home is legal in 40 states with parental consent, but California isn’t one of them. The only exception is a medical condition that requires alcohol consumption, according to legal references.

A person must be 21 years old to buy or drink alcohol under California law. Anyone drinking under the age of 21, supplying alcohol to a minor, or allowing a minor to drink alcohol in their home could face criminal misdemeanor charges.

If the parties are frequent enough Bieber could also face charges for running a disorderly house, although how often that law is invoked in Hollywood is a good question.
