Kristen Stewart may be getting the cold shoulder from Universal Studios, but her cheating partner, “Snow White and the Huntsman” Director Rupert Sanders has just landed another lucrative directing gig. Who says men don’t rule Hollywood?

Stewart is reportedly being dropped from a “Snow White” sequel by Universal, but the same studio has re-upped Sanders to direct a cop drama based on the book “90 Church: The True Story Of The Narcotics Squad From Hell.”

The book hasn’t even been published yet, but Sanders will join producers Joe Roth, Palak Patel and Deborah Garratana, according to deadlinehollywood. Roth and Patel produced “Snow White” so obviously no hard feelings there, even though the film was a modest success at the box office.

Sanders has reportedly been working on a sequel to “Snow White And The Huntsman,” as well, according to the site. The Hollywood Reporter claims Stewart has been dropped from the movie, but deadline said Universal is on the fence about moving forward with a sequel of any kind.

On the other hand, the studio likes a spin-off based on the Huntsman character, because it drew interest from other studios. Sanders has no option tying him to either film, according to the site.

The larger question is whether a double standard is at work if Stewart loses work because of the scandal, while Sanders’ career is unaffected. The two were photographed in each other’s arms, kissing passionately. Both have since apologized to their respective partners Robert Pattinson and Libery Ross.
