Jennifer Lawrence, arguably the hottest actress in Hollywood at the moment for her role in “The Hunger Games,” debuts next in Horror film “The House at the End of the Street.” She looks beyond hot in a new trailer.

The genre picture’s studios FilmNation Entertainment and Relativity Media have to be jumping for joy for going with Lawrence while she was still a relative unknown.

After her solid work in “The Hunger Games,” she’s definitely moved up to the A-List, and her salary is probably heading for the stratosphere as well. She’s the new thinking-man’s sex symbol and has already displayed her wares on the cover of Rolling Stone.

The 21-year-old actress gets plenty of screen time in a tee-shirt without a bra, dodging a psycho killer in what can best be called a B-rated indie flick. But she brings the heat.

Lawrence also added some heat to the 2010 film “Winter’s Bone” and last year’s “X-Men: First Class.” She has one more film in post-production, comedy “The Silver Linings Playbook,” with Bradley Cooper, Robert De Niro and Julia Stiles.

She picked up the role after Anne Hathaway, who was originally cast, had to drop out because of scheduling conflicts.

In “The House at the End of the Street,” Lawrence and her mother (Elizabeth Shue) move into a house next door to a house that was the scene of a double homicide.

She strikes up a friendship with the surviving son (Max Theriot) which draws her into a deadly cat and mouse gain. The movie will debut in September.
