Avenger’s actress Scarlett Johansson saw her private life explode when she divorced Hollywood hottie Ryan Reynolds and nude photos of her surfaced on the Internet last year. Now she talks about the pain caused by both.
The carefully knit shroud around her private life began to unravel when she and Reynolds announced their separation in December 2010 after little more than two years of marriage.
The divorced was finalized last July on the grounds of irreconcilable differences. Because they had no pre-nuptial agreement the assets were divided evenly.

Then, barely two months later, nude private photos of her surfaced on the Internet. The FBI arrested the hacker who put them there, but by then they had gone viral.
At the time, she said the photos, taken three years earlier, were meant only for her husband. “There’s nothing wrong with that. It’s not like I was shooting a porno… Although there’s nothing wrong with that either.” she said in a famous response.
But now she says she feels differently. “When all those photos came out, of course I go out to dinner and think, ‘Goddamn it, these people have all seen my…’ That’s terrible. You know what I mean? You can’t not think that. Even if they haven’t, you’re paranoid,” she told the magazine.
Johansson has never done a movie nude scene.
For the intensely private actress, her divorce was equally devastating. “Of course it’s horrible. It was devastating. It really throws you. You think that your life is going to be one way, and then, for various reasons or whatever, it doesn’t work out,” she explains.
“We always kept our story private—how we met, our wedding, everything,” she says. “It was about us.”
Although the divorce was finalized last July, she’s still working through it. “It’s still there,” she acknowledges. “More than anything, it’s just that not having your buddy around all the time is weird. There’s no rule book. I think it’s just time.”
“I don’t feel on the other side of it completely, but it gets better,” she added.
Johanssson briefly dated actor Sean Penn, who is 25 years older than her. Now she’s dating advertising director Nate Naylor, who is 38.
“It must be very strange for him,” she says, smiling. “It’s totally bizarre. It’s an adjustment—I mean, it’s got to be an adjustment for him way more than it was for me at nineteen. But he’s really remarkably good about it.”
