Screenwriter Joe Eszterhas made good on his threat to release a tape recording of Mel Gibson’s violent, filthy tirade while they were on vacation in Costa Rica. It’s Mad Mel at his worst.
Gibson’s explosive personality is, by now, well documented. He unleashed the most vile and expletive laden rants against then-girlfriend Oksana Gregorieva when they broke up back in July of 2010.
Among other things, he called her a “f–king pig in heat, and said if she got “raped by a pack of ni**ers, it will be your fault.”
Check out Gibson’s rant; warning: salty language.
And remember this line: “I am going to come and burn the f–king house down… but you will blow me first.” Nothing like sexual violence.
Before that, Gibson was also recorded in an anti-Semitic tirade while police officers were arresting him for drunk driving in 2006.
In the latest incident, Eszterhas claims his terrified 15-year-old son, Nick, recorded Gibson’s tirade while at Gibson’s family home in Costa Rica last December.
“Why don’t I have a first draft of ‘The Maccabees’? What the fu*k have you been doing?” he screams on the tape. “I’m earning money for a filthy little cocksucker who takes advantage of me!”
Eszterhas told Hollywood gossip site thewrap he released the tape because Gibson had called him a liar when he first made his complaint about the star public. He said he also feared Gibson was creating a PR blitz to undermine him.
For his part, Gibson says he may sue Eszterhas for violating his privacy by recording the conversation without his knowledge, according to TMZ. Of course, you’d think Mel would have learned by now these rants don’t get him anywhere.
Check out the clip above. Warning: very salty language.
