Beyonce continued with her tour in Milan and showed no signs of pregnancy.

Beyonce hit the stage in Milan last night and neither looked pregnant or like she was slowing down as her “Mrs. Carter World Tour” continues to roll through Europe amid unconfirmed reports that she’s pregnant.

Her costumes were just as tight and her dance routines were just as sharp as they have been for most of the initial leg of the tour.

There may be some concern that she’s not giving it her all and cheating her fans of her best effort because she hit the road pregnant. There’s no way she can be at the top of her game if she’s carrying a child.

Although she has not commented directly on the rumors, she lashed out at “low life people” who are talking about her in an Instagram message that appeared briefly on her account. Instead, she seemed to want her actions to speak the loudest.

Beyonce also had no problem wearing her show costumes, which did not give any indication she was sporting a “baby bump.” She looked tight and tone and danced vigorously on stage.

Two tabloids both cited “multiple sources,” unnamed of course, who claimed the singer was expecting her second child. She gave birth in January to daughter Blue Ivy with husband Jay-Z. Beyonce has also talked about wanting a second child.

The rumors were fueled when she cancelled a show in Belgium after suffering from “dehydration and exhaustion.” She’ll play the concert before she leaves the continent.

The 31-year-old singer still has the bulk of her 65-date tour ahead of her. After playing the UK and Europe she will hop-scotch back to the United States and Canada for more dates. The tour wraps in August. Based on tabloid speculation, she would be weeks away from giving birth.

TheImproper reported last week that Beyonce would have a hard time getting insurance for her tour if she were pregnant. Because of her age and history –she had a miscarriage before Blue Ivy–she would be considered a borderline high-risk for a pregnancy.

If she were pregnant the grueling tour would put both her and her baby’s health at risk.
