Justin Bieber is causing havoc in his neighborhood again, allegedly speeding in his Ferrari.

Justin Bieber thumbed his nose at Los Angeles police as well as his own neighbors by allegedly racing around his posh gated community in his Ferrari. Children were playing nearby. Does he have to kill someone before police take action?

Bieber, 19, knew full well that driving recklessly around his community would rile neighbors. He’s already facing possible battery charges from a previous speeding incident.

Nonetheless, he got behind the wheel of his high-powered sports car and did it again. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department received two separate complaints about the incident, which occurred Sunday (May 26). Former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson was one of them, according to gossip site TMZ.

Johnson reportedly chased Bieber to get him to slow down. He caught up with him in front of his home but was unable to confront him. Likewise, LA Sheriff’s deputies were turned away after Bieber refused to speak with them.

To make matters worse, at least one child was spotting playing outside near where Bieber was racing his car.

Prosecutors are already reviewing possible criminal charges, stemming from a similar incident in March. Bieber allegedly spit on his next-door neighbor and threatened to kill him after the neighbor confronted him about speeding around the suburb’s streets.

The latest incident will also be presented to the L.A. County District Attorney, according to the Sheriff’s office. Follow TheImproper on Twitter to keep up with the latest updates on this story.
