This time, Ellen Kardashian, who married Robert Kardashian after his divorce from Kris, is suing for defamation.
She claims Kim, her sisters, momager Kris and “Keeping Up” production company, Ryan Seacrest Productions, attempted to manipulate their reality show to paint her in a bad light.
Perhaps not so coincidentally, Humphries argued in his petition seeking an annulment from Kim that the Kardashian’s manipulated and invented scenes to trash him on E! Entertainment reality show “Kourtney and Kim Take New York.”
Ellen Kardashian claims in a lawsuit that the Kardashians and Jenner tried to portray her as a bitter gold digger, according to court papers examined by gossip site TMZ.
Ellen claims they attempted to entrap her by using a private investigator to approach her with supposed “dirt” on the clan. The ploy was intended to make her look disingenuous about her claims involving the family and was slated to be used on the show.
While she didn’t fall for it, she said the Kardashians still used the show to trash her, “making up lies” and accusing her of marrying Kim’s father for his money.
In one segment, Kim described her as “my dad’s wife of a few weeks.” Khloe said Ellen “married him in his deathbed” even though the sisters helped plan and attended the wedding, she claims.
Robert Kardashian died of esophageal cancer Sept. 30, 2003 at the age of 59. He married Ellen, to whom he was engaged, six weeks before he died.
Ellen caused an uproar in January when she released what she said where Robert Kardashian’s hand-written diaries that trash Kris Jenner as a wife and mother. she also backed up wife No. 2, Jan Ashley, who said Robert told her Khloe wasn’t his child.
Ellen also claimed that Olympic Gold Medalist Bruce Jenner was a cross-dresser.
