Robert Pattinson has sold the house he was living in when girlfriend Kristen Stewart blind-sided him with an affair.

Robert Pattinson has sold the house made infamous by Kristen Stewart’s cheating scandal. The 1922 Spanish Colonial-style house in Los Feliz was on the market for $6.75 million, and you’ll get a big bang out of who bought it.

Pattinson, 27, bought the house, known originally as the Seyler Residence, in late August 2011 for a reported $6.27 million.

And the lucky buyer?

Jim Parsons, 40, from “The Big Bang Theory,” according to The Los Angeles Times. He paid $6.375 million for the property, enough for Rob to just about break even.

Pattinson put it on the market last September. It was initially marketed as a “private sale,” but eventually found its way to David Gray of Partners Trust Beverly Hills.

Parsons was represented by Ronald Shore of Keller Williams, according to the Times.

Rob and Kristen were living together at the house when Stewart had her infamous rendezvous with “Snow What and the Huntsman” Director Rupert Sanders in July 2012. Rob was home at the time. Kristen reportedly told him she was going to a business meeting.

But a photographer tailed her and photographed her meeting up with Sanders. The two drove to a public park and made out. Sanders was photographed nuzzling her breasts.

Rob moved out of the house and put it up for sale after they broke up.

The house has a storied history and has long been considered one of Los Feliz’s finer properties, although by Hollywood standards, it’s fairly modest. It only boasts three bedrooms and about 4,600 square feet, according to the listing.

But it has extensive gardens, a dramatic free-form pool, 1.45-acres of lush landscaped grounds and an amphitheater. It’s also surrounded by a wall and virtually invisible from the street.

Rob was a first-time home-buyer when he purchased the property, and may have regretted not buying in a gated community. The house was regularly besieged by Twilight fans and paparazzi.

Obviously the property is loaded with a lot of heartache, so that’s one less piece of Kristen Stewart baggage to deal with.
