Rose McGowan ‘Harvey-Did-It’ Defense Flops; Indicted on Cocaine Charges

Rose McGowan’s defense against cocaine charges–Harvey Weinstein had it planted in her wallet–didn’t fly with a grand jury. She was indicted for possessing the drug, even though it was only discovered after she left the wallet on a plane. IM reported in March that McGowan lawyer Jessica Carmichael argued in court papers that the actress’s cocaine bust last November has Weinstein’s fingerprints all over it....

Rose McGowan’s seemingly outlandish claim that Harvey Weinstein arranged to have cocaine planted in the wallet she left on an airplane, was dismissed by a judge, but only on a technicality, leaving the door open for her lawyers to make the claim again later.
