Race Faker Rachel Dolezal May Suffer from Severe Personality Disorder

Rachel Dolezal, who is Caucasian but thinks of herself as an African-American, may be an example of an extreme personality disorder. If so, her case is extremely rare; few academic studies have focused on racial identification confusion. Dolezal stepped down as head of the Spokane, Wash., NAACP Monday (June 14) after her parents came forward and said her heritage is Czech, Swedish and German with some Native American. Michelle Manhart, Air Force Fly Gal, Playboy Model, Busted in Flag Fight

Michelle Manhart, a fetching Air Force veteran and Playboy model is also a super patriot. There’s nothing new or original about that. It’s an old saw that gets taken out of the barn anytime a convenient scapegoat is needed to explain something. Hornaday, a government major at Smith College and a Pulitzer finalist in criticism, should know better. ...

America’s love affair with “Downton Abbey” may be on the rocks. After four seasons, the Crawley family is facing a backlash over their utter disdain for all things American, Lady Cora notwithstanding, of course. Granted the show was written and produced in Britain, but creator and head writer Julian Fellowes seems to take a particular delight in portraying America as a land of uncouth loudmouths and overweening four-flushers....
