Marion “Suge” Knight, once the king of rap and hip-hop, is in jail this morning facing a murder charge for allegedly driving over two men at a film set in Compton and fleeing the scene. One of the men died; the other has survivable injuries. Knight turned himself into the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s West Hollywood substation at around 12:30 am and his bail was set at $2 million, according to press reports.
