Selena Gomez was spotted wearing a gold band on the ring finger of her left hand, but it doesn’t look anything like an engagement ring that some gossip sites claim Justin Bieber bought for her. Rather it looks just like the purity ring she wore as a teen. Selena Joe, Nick and Kevin Jonas and, if you can believe it, Miley Cyrus all wore the rings back in 2008. The gold bands, just like the one Selena is wearing now, symbolized their pledge not to have sex until they were married. The idea was to convince teens to practice abstinence to cut down on the number of teen pregnancy....
