Lindsay Lohan is the only reason to suffer through “The Canyons,” a tedious, meandering film that’s as pretentious as it is pointless. Lindsay, on the other hand, is mesmerizing, if not always in a good way. She’s like Frankenstein as Mary Shelly originally conceived the character… breathtakingly beautiful, yet still a monster in the end.
